Service Description
Provides 3–5 nurse visits per week to monitor recovery, manage medications, and support wound care. Nurses coordinate with the patient’s doctor and guide family members on proper recovery care. Designed to reduce readmission risk and ensure a smooth transition back to daily life. Suggested weekly package ranges from KES 12,000 to KES 18,000.
